Year Long Live Online Syntara Group Healing Cohort

Come cultivate community. Deepen and broaden your experience and expression of self as both a divine and very human being.

Wounds that were founded in relationship dynamics and community interactions are best healed within relationship and community. Through the light of our collective awareness, as we gather as a group, we have the opportunity to untangle relational knots and transform fixed obstacles in the landscape of our psyche. During the course of a year the trust, skill and coherence of the group increases, allowing for very deep healing and innovation to occur.

We welcome you to join us for a dynamic, emergent, group healing experience. In a finely-attuned, exquisitely-held group container, you will have the opportunity to see yourself more clearly through the presence and reflection of skilled facilitators and peers. Together, we will create a space where our relational fields can be explored, fortified, and tended: where every participant will be both healer and receiver.

Though this is not an explicitly skill-building space, doing these practices together will increase all of our capacities in energy awareness and tracking, relational and communication skills, and in our ability to live from a place of both sovereignty and interconnectedness. A capacity that’s deeply needed to be better understood and embodied in our world now.

This is a small, closed container. Over the year, each participant will have ample opportunity to be centered, held, and reflected by the group in their chosen intention. In co-creating the group container, your presence is highly valued. For this reason, it is requested that you attend every meeting that you can.

In order to do my work in the world, it has been incredibly valuable for me to have a community of peers that know me intimately, reflect me accurately, love me unconditionally, and lovingly call me in when needed. I invite you to join us in co-creating a space like that together.

Some of What We Will Be Playing With:

Energy Field Practices, Relational Skills, Somatic Integration, Reflective Practices, Group Dynamic, Parts Work, Emergent Explorations and Experiments, Process/Expressive Jungian Art

Over the past 2 yrs we offered this as a hybrid in person and online group. This approach had it’s benefits and drawbacks. This group will be a dedicated online only container to serve those wanting to participate who do not live locally. 2025- 3/26, 4/23, 5/28, 6/25, 7/23, 8/27, 9/24, 10/22, 11/12, 12/10,

2026- 1/28, 2/25, 3/25

(Dates subject to change with advance notice if teaching conflict arise).

Cost

$150-$450/month (sliding scale) for 12 months

$300 is the actual cost of the class; $150 is half-off for those who need scholarship; $450 is our supporter rate (your support helps others attend at the scholarship rate). Thank you for choosing the level that is appropriate for you.
